Our information products include downloadable guides, templates, and training materials. Access to these products is granted electronically upon confirmation of purchase.

3. Physical Goods

4. Fees and Payment

5. Reimbursements and Cancellations

We aim to ensure satisfaction with our offerings. Below are the specifics for each category:

5.1 Services

If you need to postpone a scheduled service, notify us at least 48 hours in advance via Contact Form. Postponements made within this window will be accommodated at no extra charge, subject to resource availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service start time are not eligible for reimbursement due to allocated resources and time. All reimbursement requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service date.

5.2 Information Products

Access to digital materials is granted immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of electronic delivery, purchases of information products are final. No reimbursement will be issued once access or download has been granted, except in cases of defective or inaccessible content. In such instances, request a replacement or partial reimbursement within 14 days of purchase.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods are eligible for return within 30 days of shipment date. Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact. To request a reimbursement or exchange, submit a request via Contact Form. Reimbursements will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. Shipping costs for returns are the purchaser’s responsibility, except when the item is defective or incorrect, in which case JurisNexa will cover reasonable shipping expenses.

6. No Reimbursement Services

Certain premium or bespoke services may be designated as final sale at the time of purchase. These services are clearly identified in the service description as non-reimbursable due to their customized nature and immediate allocation of expert resources. No reimbursements will be issued for these services under any circumstance.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

JurisNexa provides services "as is" and disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific service, product, or good in question.
